Down for everyone or just me?
I can sometimes get frantic calls from clients saying “My websites’ down!!” when in fact its up and running. The reason the client can’t see it can vary from their internet connection wasn’t working to a faulty BT exchange and that side of the country just wasn’t getting info from the server. So I was really excited to find this little tool:

A great opensource piece of powerful software. GIMP is a basically on free version of Photoshop which allows you to create edit almost any type of graphic. Really useful to be able to alter your images for use on the web.
